SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Estimated shipping time is 6 to 10 business days after processing.

Total delivery time from order to doorstep is 7 to 13 business days. Shipping times are clearly displayed on our website.

HOLIDAY ORDERS

Due to the seasonal nature of our products, please plan your orders well in advance of Halloween or any other holiday. We do not offer refunds for orders that arrive after a holiday due to late ordering. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the stated shipping times.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update.
